When I read “Made in Italy”, I don’t understand why it can’t be called “Fatto In Italia”. Maybe it’s because the English language is international, you might say, but three words in a row that are easy to recognize don’t justify the Anglo-Saxonization of a writing that should highlight the Italian origin of a product.

At this point, since the world is full of Italians, why not call products made by Italians “Made By Italians”, instead of “Made In Italy”? It doesn’t seem like a bad idea to me, however I think that adding the words “Made By Italians” in the background could help most people become familiar with the Italian writing over time.
So here is my proposal that can be used by anyone who wants to label their products with a more Italian touch than the imprecise and in my opinion not very Italian “Made In Italy”. What do you think? I don’t have big pretensions, I know how famous and used the “Made In Italy” brand is, but I’ll just throw it out there!
